Phone Connections

Phone connections are used to link external phone provider services to Gabber so that Gabber can be used to accept incoming calls or make outbound calls.

Currently only Twilio is supported. If you need another provider, let us know - we can typically have it ready within a week.

Creating a Phone Connection

Phone connections are created in the Gabber dashboard in the "Phone" tab. All sensitive information, for example Twilio Auth Tokens, are encrypted at rest.

Attaching a Number

After creating a phone connection, Gabber will list all of the phone numbers you have available for that connection. For example, these would be phone numbers you've purchased through twilio.

Making an Outbound Call

This feature is currently in beta, please reach out to the Gabber team if you need access.
