Chat Completions Audio Input

Gabber supports audio input for chat completions. It works for all LLMs, even LLMs that don't natively support audio inputs.

For LLMs that don't natively support audio inputs, Gabber will transcribe the audio input to text before sending it to the model.

Audio input is provided using the normal OpenAI base64-encoded audio strategy.
